This policy covers alexquin.com. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can tell us to stop.

When you get in touch. Your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write to us, whether through a form on the site or by messaging us on Instagram or Messenger.
When you message us through ManyChat. We use ManyChat to handle conversations that start on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and SMS. It holds the conversation history and any contact details you give us in it.
When you just visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you arrived, and how long you stay.
Three categories, matching the banner shown on your first visit.
Essential. Makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice. Runs without consent.
Analytics. Tells us how the site is used. Only with your consent.
Advertising. Measures our ads and shows you relevant ones. Only with your consent.
The services behind them: Google Tag Manager (essential), Google Analytics (analytics), ManyChat (essential), and Google Ads and Meta Pixel (advertising).
ManyChat sits in Essential because blocking it would break a feature you are actively trying to use. It only stores anything once you start a conversation.
The Cookie settings link in the footer reopens the panel at any time. Turning something off stops it from that moment; it does not delete what was collected before.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, nothing but essential cookies runs until you accept. Everywhere else, analytics and advertising run unless you opt out.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction not to share your information for advertising, and apply it automatically before showing you anything.
We run an SMS programme. The details are in our SMS Policy, which covers what you are agreeing to, how often we message, and how to stop.
The short version: we only text you if you gave us your number and ticked the box asking for messages. Reply STOP to any message to end it. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share phone numbers with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing at all.
The services above receive the data described. We do not sell your information for money.
We do share information with Google and Meta for advertising purposes. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can stop it by rejecting advertising cookies in the banner.
Phone numbers are the exception to all of this. They are never shared for anyone else's marketing, and carriers do not permit it.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to your data protection authority.
If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what we have collected, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Reject advertising in the cookie banner, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email us.

We answer within 45 days, and may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Enquiries and conversations for three years after our last contact. Analytics data for 14 months. Advertising identifiers for up to two years. SMS subscribers until you opt out, plus a record of the opt-out itself, which we are required to keep so we do not message you again by mistake.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email the address above and we will delete it.
When we change this policy we change the date at the top.
